Wiciency in building is a topic being talked world-widely.The dewelling with courtyard is a kind of natural resourec buildingthat is, it has a well "natural heating" & "natural air-conditioning" effect. Therml process of the dewelling with courtyardis a sophisticate thermodynamics course. In this thesis, the physicaland mathemaical model of the air temperature distribution of the yardwas set tiP. Some fectors that affect the thermal process were discussed.The main fectors influencing the heat-humidity transferconditions and air distribution are the climatic conditions out of thecourtyard, the heat and humidity genereted within the yard. Thedisturbance of the thermdynamics system of the courtyard can besummarized in two sorts: outer disturbance and inner disturbance. theouter disturbance is the temperature and wet conditions out of the yard,the solar talition wind velocity and direction,the temperaure of theroom and the neighbor yard. The inner disturbance is the heat-gain thethe electrical equipment and hunman body which can influence the thermalprocess through convection and radiation.Solar rediation is an important outer disturbance. In this thesis,the intensify of the solar radiation and the shielding effect of thecouJrtyard were analysed in detail; Indirect evaporation cooling canrefrigerate through the difference of wet-bulb tmperature and dry-bulbtmperature in natural environment, the heat & humidity transfer in theyard through the direct contast of air and water is analysed, theevaporating rate is derived; the cooling effect of long-wave radiationns ana1ysed too; the peinciple of ed venti1ation was ana1ysedboth in bo and numerica1 sholatiorrAs tO the inner disthee,heatwIn of e1ectriod equi~ and be body m ca1cu1ated min1yFina11y, the Wica1 ed1 Of the PrOCess of the crt ns Putbo tO, uti1izing the reaction COeHicient methed which is high1ypraised in engineer circ1es.It can be ~ in exPeimen tha the COUrtyar has a highqua1ity Of thare1 Steadiness: ther is a reductiou and PhaS 1ag in it.
