However, the key to improve diesel'spower, fuel efficiency and neduce emissions depends on improving diesel'scombustion.Combustion process and whole diesel feature depend on compatibility among the fuelinjection system,the intake system and structure of combustion chamber .The conventionalmechanism fuel injection system is not fit to phasic deveIopment increasingly. Basicfeature of injection system is gotten with a parameter being changed independently and simulated.Knowing that each structure pameter which has influence on injection system, it provides thenecessary basis for future design and improvement so that it can save a lot of labors, materiaI,funds and time.In numerical simulation, changing common rail volume has Iess influence on controllingchamber pressare,injection pressure, needle valve lift, electromagnetism valve lift, windingcurrent and injection law. Along with common rail volume increasing, proportion of fuel deliveryto common raiI volume (volume variety rate) reduces. Common rail pressure decline reduceswith injection. Changing throttle hole area has not influence on winding current,electromagnetism valve lift.
