The scroll compressor is a new,light-weight, less energy cost and dimensional type compressor. This paper demonstrates its theory and technology in mechanics and geometic theory in the fist part.On this basement ,the paper primarily discusses the anti-rotation mechanism, and develops a new kind of type-the anti-rotation mechanism of planetary gear mechanism of homdyne of tooth number. In the light of QWR scroll compressor, it designs its parameters and calculates its strength. This paper sets up F. E. M. model of the shell of the scroll compressor, and analyzes its defoumation and stress via a large-scale F. E. M. software package-Sap9O in the second part. According to the F.E.M.resuls,the Author finds out the dangerous crosses and checks its stress, and modified the unreasonable structure.
