Simulation And Implementation Of A Digital Controller

Simulation, as a scientific method for researching and developing new products and technology, has become a beneficial tool for people to understand and change the world. It is now being in use widely and has made great social and economic benefits. This paper reviews the history and developing status of Simulation and proposes the design scheme of the controller and system simulation scheme in Simulating Realization of Last-phase Control and Guide Missile Digital Controller. The controller design includes hardware circuits?design and software design. In the hardware circuits?design, PC and 8098 SCM are chosen as the core of system, which is supplemented with periphery circuits, including program memorizer, data memorizer, coding circuits and programmable I/O interface. The data transmission scheme is the pivotal part of system. Standard drive ability of the parallel interface is bat around. The principle and measure for realization of corresponding standard LPT (SPP) and (EPP) are discussed. After comparison and analysis of multiple methods, the PC parallel interface transmission method is adopted. In software design, the principle of system and arithmetic of digital filter are described in detail. The design thought of data transmission, inquire and transport protocols, which are used to realize assortment between PC and SCM, is explained. The realization method of control and guide law is briefly narrated. Finally, the trajectory is simulated and the error is analyzed. The result shows that the design of guiding law is correct and with high guiding precision. The calculation data error and time accord with guideline request. The data meet guideline request of the controller. The system has passed testing under real circumstance. Favorable result and high anti-jamming ability are achieved, thus realize the design request. This system provides experimental data to the missile carry computer.
