| In the drive bevel pinion assembly of truck , the desire is definitely present for stiffness of preload , precise situation of a pair of tapered gears in order to guarantee quality . The desire is realitied through adding or minusing adjustable washers in most of truck .However , adding or minusing adjustable washers are finished by hand in our country. Quality of products is not high.This paper presents testing model and working law of automatic machine of selecting washers for this condition . At the same time , this paper wholly and systematicaly formulates "EST-300"design of hardware and software. |
