Road Sleeper Bus Supine Vibration Evaluation Method Study

With the development of sleeper coaches of highway, people have paid attention to the effect that mechanical vibration can interfere with the comfort of recumbent persons. The key technique of sleeper coaches of highway is vibration damping of sleeper and collocation of structure as well as evaluation of comfort. The main is the evaluation of synthetically. Human exposure to whole-body vibration in recumbent position is more complex than human in seated and standing position, therefore the method of vibration damping and the evaluation of comfort are scarce now. In this research, human in sleeper coaches exposure to whole ody vibration in recumbent position was studied and discussed.Firstly, the contrast of vibration between sleeper coaches of highway and sleeper coaches of railway was studied. Results showed that vibration which the head of recumbent persons in sleeper coaches of highway expose to vibration, whose main frequency is between 2.5 Hz and 10 Hz was more than that of the pelvis and the leg, that vibration which the pelvis expose to vibration was less, that vibration which the leg expose to vibration was unsteadiness, that vibration human in sleeper coaches of highway expose to vibration in recumbent was more than that in sleeper coaches of railway. On the basis of the test, the paper thought of the way of vibration damping using matting of different rigidity and damp.Secondly, on the basis of the research of xin highway university, the paper studied and discussed evaluation standards of recumbent persons?comfort in sleeper coaches of highway referring to the International Standards 1S026311:1997(E). The paper put forward two ways of evaluation about it and proved by test.At last, the author set up the model of recumbent person抯 exposure to vibration in sleeper coaches, written software relevant to it, and calculated by simulating. The author preliminary chose the parameter of matting of sleeper coaches and manufactured.
