Study On The Value Of Eco-environment Assessment Model Of The Water Conservation Land Of Suzhou

Water source land is essential to the survival of the urban population, with the rapid economic development, resources and environmental pressures, lack of water conservation to environmental inputs, ecological construction and environmental protection not in place, the social and economic activities will directly impact water source land environmental. However, water conservation land to make sacrifices for the protection of water environment, making the obvious contradiction between economic development and environmental protection, the establishment of ecological compensation can effectively solve the contradiction. Ecological compensation is problem solving, critical to determine the amount of ecological compensation. In this paper, by estimating the amount of the value of the ecological environment of water conservation land, the ecology provide the basis for determining the amount of compensation.Centralized drinking water source land of Suzhou are all in Taihu Lake, the current deterioration of water quality has not been effective mitigation, the main problem is that the current lake eutrophication, eutrophication limiting factor is phosphorus. Therefore this paper use the impact of phosphorus on the lake, through the shadow engineering method to establish the estimation model of the ecological environment value of Suzhou water land ,to calculate the ecological benefits of reduction of phosphorus emissions of water conservation land.Jinting town is the largest lake island in Taihu Lake, an important water conservation land of Suzhou City. This paper made the town of Jinting Town for example, conducted its assessment of ecological value, and gold production model as part of the town court conducted an assessment of the town court ,at last it give some opinions on sustainable development of Jinting Town.
