With the continuous development of China's civil aviation industry, aviation information service for the public were becoming increasingly unable to meet the public's demand for flight information.Continuous optimization of the wireless communications network and rapid development of mobile data services provide favorable conditions for the further development and refinement of flight information services. However, a single mobile data services can not achieve truly all-round, multi-mode, accurate and timely flight information services quality target.In this paper, related theories about mobile data services is researched,and combined with the characteristics of civil aviation information service of China,the project based on existing research at home and abroad is implemented.It mainly includes the following contents:(1)For meeting the demanding of high accuracy and high real-time of the flight information services,the strategy of sliding window with a priority control mechanism for Short Message Service platform is proposed.This strategy can ensure not only the accuracy of the information,but also efficient use of communication bandwidth.(2)This paper proposes the method of calculating the load capacity of Internet Short Message Gateway.Through analysis of the characteristics of Short Message Service based on Internet Short Message Gateway,a matrix model for distributing short messages is built,and then a dynamic scheduling strategy for distributing short messages based on multi-ISMG load-balancing and the matrix model is proposed.The above strategy can not only improves the system's robustness,but also avoid overloading of ISMG maximum.(3)Through analysis of the limitation of PULL in the information services, the model of personalized flight information service with the technology of WAP PUSH and Location Based Service is proposed,and specific development technology program for every aspect of the model is provided.(4)The collaborative services project of SMS , WAP sites and WEB site for flight information service is developed,and centralized management of information services through WEB site is implemented. |
