Energy production and energy consumption caused by the environmental problem has become one of the important issues which serious constraint sustainable development in our country . How we can use the low temperature waste heat of industrial production maximize will become one of the way of our country economy development better and faster. Power plant cooling water not only carry great amount of low-temperature waste heat, and water is relatively clean, flow stability, high temperature, recycling and the use without polluting the environment and the equipment used is relatively simple, it is a kind of good prospects for development of clean energy.This article is connection with the process of No.1 Heat and Power Plant generating electricity, according to the actual situation of cooling water release great amount of low-temperature waste heat, has set up the bench , with has carried on theoretical analysis and experimental study of the cooling water of power plant waste heat recycling and using the system. In the theory aspect, explains how to simulate power plant cooling water temperature, and composition of cooling water of power plant heat energy using the recycling using the experimental system and heat principle, proposed the scheme to the building heating in winter and supply hot water all year, has given the system heating the quantity and heating the coefficient computational method. In the experimental aspect, with has carried on the heating experimental study using the recovery cooling water of power plant heat pump units. Has tested following parameter: Indoor, the outdoor temperature; The heat pump water source side enters, the outlet temperature; The heat pump user side enters, the outlet temperature; In exchange heat pool temperature; Water source side discharge of water and user side discharge of water; User side circulating water pump, water source side circulating water pump accumulation power consumption; air blower serpentines accumulation power consumption and heat pump accumulation power consumption.With has carried on the measured study to the cooling water of power plant waste heat recycling and using the experimental system, has mastered the system operation characteristics and the actual operating results. The experimental results show that The most adverse condition which system which winter heats in the cold regions (the cooling water of power plant temperature for 26℃) under, satisfies the building heating load demand. this system adaptation the diurnal outdoor temperature difference causes the heating load change request. during the entire heating test period, the system equipment operational parameter change is not obvious, the system movement is stable, suits the long lasting work. in the entire test period average heating coefficient is 4.67, the coldest day average heating coefficient is 4.40. The cooling water of power plant heat energy using and recycling has the good energy saving, environment-protective and economical.
