| The diversion tunnel of Jing Ping II Hydropower Station has the characteristics of large covered depth, long distance and big diameter. The main structure of tunnel lining and water seepage prevention consists of the grouting reinforcement circles of certain depth around the tunnel with high pressure consolidation grouting. In order to assure the target of first power generation in 2012 and relief the strength of consolidation grouting construction during peak period as well as explore a new method for consolidation grouting construction, it is with great significance carrying out the 6MPa high pressure consolidation grouting under the non-cover-weight (prior to secondary lining) condition. However, such kind of construction with complicated workmanship and great technical difficulty, has no successful experience to refer. It still belongs to the fist case both at home and abroad.This main purpose of the paper is to carry out study through the productive grouting test under the precondition of knowing the detailed geological data of the diversion tunnel. Combining with the technical problems to be solved in this subject such as the safety and stability of the grouting carrier under high pressure grouting, feasibility of the grouting technology, the usability of grouting equipment and the safety protection to the construction personnel, grouting tests were carried out at some typical tunnel sections. Feasibility of high pressure consolidation grouting construction workmanship under non-cover-weight condition as well as the suitability of various kinds of grouting parameters is demonstrated in this study. The parameters and workmanship of grouting as well as the method and procedure of grouting are further explored, which provided a powerful guarantee for the power generation in Jing Ping II Hydropower station on schedule. Meanwhile, this also created certain economic benefits. All in all, the result of such kind of testing also provided reference to similar projects. |
