| In view of lax control of cement weighting, casual increase of strength in the cement stabilized gravel construction site, resulting in a large number of shrinkage cracks, and further use of bituminous concrete pavement. Through analyzing of a large number of laboratory test data and the paved road test data, to establish the relationship between the characteristics of mixed stone with age, weighting and grading, and the relationship between the indexes of the indoor-outdoor strength-modulus-cracking mechanism. To analyze correlation parameters of Semi-rigid base pavement structure by FEM and DEM, and then propose reasonable values of the parameters.On the basic requirements of stable layer of fatigue cracking and shrinkage characteristics, and propose the inside and outside of the index system of mixture. In order to decrease shrinkage crack stem of cement stabilized gravel by controlling the maximum of dosage, and the lower limit by controlling the dosage as much as possible to ensure stability of primary fatigue cracking does not appear. According to the fatigue characteristic and shrinkage cracking, and then identify the range of seven days unconfined compressive strength, thereby, it guides future construction of cement stabilized crushed stone of great significance. |
