In recent years, with the development of China's transportation, the long-span continuous rigid bridge with high piers as a big span,has been widely used in bridge engineering fields, especially in the mountain and hydropower station.But there are many uncertain factors in the construction of long-span continuous rigid bridge with high piers, which makes structural internal force and deformation change constantly,so effective construction monitoring in construction process is necessary to ensure internal force and geometric comply with the design requirements. This paper, on background by the Man jie du bridge,explores the construction geometric control technology of long span continuous rigid bridges with high piers.Here are the main jobs:1)The author introduced the development history, present situation and development trend of continuous rigid bridge and expounded the function and meaning of construction control in the construction of bridge.2)Elaborating the basic principle, technical methods and the specific contents of the construction control in prestressed concrete continuous rigid bridges cantilever construction;especially analyzing the main factors of continuous rigid bridge construction control.3)Establishing the fem simulation analysis model by Midas-civil 2010 on background by Man jie du crossing super major bridge; analyzing concrete density,elastic modulus,environmental temperature and humidity and creep parameters how to influence the construction control of the continuous rigid bridge. 4)Calculating and analyzing the influence factors of shrinkage and creep analysis; exploring how to quickly determine creep coefficient in actual construction monitoring to service better for later bridge construction.
