In order to meet the construction equipment and the stress requirements of the bridge structure,the cantilever cast-in-place method is often used for the construction of large-span continuous rigid frame bridges.Prestressed concrete structures are widely used in modern bridge construction,which makes the structural stress and deformation of continuous rigid frame bridges very complicated during construction and operation.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the construction process of the bridge to make the completion status of the bridge,including the geometric shape and internal force,conform to the design state well.Ensure the construction quality and safety,meanwhile,makes the geometric shape and inner state of the main bridge are consistent with the design after the closure.Based on summarizing the current situation and research results of similar bridge construction control monitoring around the world,the thesis puts forward the construction scheme of the continuous rigid frame and designs the relevant main temporary structures according to the actual characteristics of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame of Humeixi Bridge.At the same time,the construction monitoring scheme of the continuous rigid frame was developed,and the finite element model of the bridge was established by Midas Civil.Obtained the theoretical deformation and stress of each construction stage through simulated the whole process of the bridge construction.Based on the monitoring results of field geometric shape and stresses,the sensitivity analysis of the factors affecting bridge shape and internal forces,including concrete bulk density,concrete elastic modulus,prestressed tension,and corrugated pipe friction,is carried out.The paper realizes the identification of relevant influence parameters,corrects the theoretical model according to the obtained data,and coordinates with the field construction.
