Brake System Perform Analysis And Study Design

Train braking system is one of the important components of a train. The performance of a train brake is the key prerequisites to achieve the strategic objectives of "heavy, high-speed" leap-forward development in the rail transport. There is no modern transport technology without advanced braking. This study focuses on the analysis of components of new vehicles braking device and process of role, according to current status of foreign train braking system. It has put forward to some key factors in the designing and manufacturing process of the train braking system, and has made some effective improvement and the corresponding test of the braking system on the freight train. And it has also obtained some important data. Meanwhile it has done exploration and research on the components and the process of role of the foreign train braking system. It points out some problems existing in the field of the train braking system in our country. a set of advanced train braking system has been designed. It has made an effective exploration for the research direction of China railway braking technology. Through this study, it points out the key technical issues of the train braking system in the process of use and maintenance as well as designing and manufacturing. It gives a number of theoretical references for safety, high-speed, heavy load operation of China's railway.
