| More and more cargos will be transported by containers with the development of economy. Compared with other transport modes, the container transport is relatively safe, but also has a certain proportion of cargo damage accidents. In order to make the cargo in the course of railway container transport safe, sufficiently exert the advantage of container transport, and improve the competiveness, it is necessary to make a study on the loading and fixing of the cargo in containers.Started with the control theory in management, and based on the characteristic of container transport, the concept of feed forward control of the container cargo loading and fixing is put forward, a series of checking contents and standards before seal are analyzed, and the safety signing and assuring system of the container loading and fixing is established. Then, the relationship between shock and vibration and cargo damage is analyzed. Based on integrating different forces acting on the whole container during railway transportation in some contries, the vibration mechanics and packaging theory are used to construct shock and vibration models of linear cushion package systems, making a qualitative analysis on the shock and vibration characteristic. Based on which, the container cargo loading and fixing test is brought forward to carry through, so as to provide theoretic gist for the establishment of the container cargo loading and fixing scheme. Whereafter, the container cargo fixing materials and equipments, and loading assistant materials are studied. Two special fixing equipments are devised. Finally, according to the strength capacity of containers and beems, the loading and fixing theory of concentrated weight cargos is studied. Then, The loading and fixing methods of general cargos is dissertated, including securing by filling in gaps, bracing, lashing, friction and nailing etc. The technical requirement of container cargos loading and fixing is concluded. |
