| With respect of the current situation of old equipment, outdated producing process, high cost and poor drying quality in food drying industry, the study and design of microwave-drying equipment based on QFD, TRIZ and FCE is raised in the thesis. Based on the existing techniques, study and design of microwave-drying equipment has been done, in which modern design theories and methods is helpful to shorten design period and improve design quality.According to QFD's planning, design was started with the customers'demands, then arrange important demands into a quality table, convert these demands, by QFD quality house matrix, into design characteristics, and finally get a detailed design demand table and some design conflicts. In the stage of Functional and working principle design, "Black Box Method" was used for the Functional and working principle scheme design of microwave-drying equipment, and regular design scheme of microwave-drying equipment could be acquired through function unit resolving. In consideration of the technical conflicts developed between the planning and functional and working principle design stages, TRIZ theory was employed to solve these conflicts and obtain a new design project of microwave-drying equipment. In the end, FCE theory was used to evaluate the innovative design shceme with the traditional one.On the basis of defined design method, the structure design of Microwave-drying equipment could be done, which includes the design of microwave drying unit, microwave leaking inhibitor and material conveying mechanism. Tunnel shaped drying unit includes the choosing of microwave generator and its position, the size of cavity and the design of ventilation/wet vent equipment. According to the demands of microwave heat and wet vent, A&B type drying unit were designed respectively. By cascading B and A drying unit in proper sequence, and installing the mixed microwave energy leaking inhibitor in the inlet and outlet, tunnel shaped microwave drying equipment was formed. In consideration of the importance of conveying mechanism in microwave drying equipment, mechanism configuration method was adopted to choose the feeding mechanism, several feeding mechanisms'features and superiorities were analynized and compared, and chain transmission was choosed as the feed mechanism. Finally the structural drawing of tunnel shaped microwave-drying equipment was ascertained.During the process of chain transmission feeding mechanism design, value engineering theory was used to reasonably allocate the function and cost of all parts with the aim of reducing production cost and insuring its function. In the practical operation, the common bush roller chain was used as the feeding mechanism, since chain bears pressure is liable to title and lose its work, lead to poor at working. So the suggestion of innovative design on the basis of ordinary flexible chain was put forward, hoping to make a kind of rigid transmission chain, it can bear both pulling and pushing force. Based on rigid transmission chain's design principles, a description about its structure has been given, and the design of rigid chain transmission feeding mechanism was rationalized through athletic and dynamic analysis. The stress of rigid chain link and its stiff characteristic was analyzed and demonstrated. Finally, the features of rigid chain transmission feeding mechanism was summarized.Putting modern theory and method into whole process of design, the effective integration of theory and design was realized, which enhance design quality, make microwave-drying equipment meet all kinds of needs and have the advantages of low cost, easy operation and good sale promotion. The feasibility and rationality of using modern theory and method in design was verified. |
