With the continuous development of urban construction, more and more high-rise buildings change to multi-functional and multi-purpose. Because the function and requirement of each part of building is different, construction structure and column grids arrangement vary accordingly. In order to realize and adapt to the change transition of such structure type, the transfer floor were created. Because the girder transfer floor can solve the problem of the interruption between superstructure and substructure in high-rise buildings, so it is the most widely used among all types of transfer floor in engineering design and construction practice.At present, some domestic scholar change to go on some research on the stress performance and construction of R.C girder transfer floor in high-rise buildings, but the support system for the framework is not much innovation in research. The commonly used methods are supported conversion layer template layer unloading, superposition-method construction, additional steel or steel truss construction method and integrated construction method. Although the above construction method can meet the requirements of current technology, but needs to be improved in terms of economic improvement. This article will combine the mechanical properties of transition structure and construction methods commonly used in the past, then introduce a new supporting system for framework----re-stressed oblique lifting link construction method. This paper will systematic study the new framework supporting system in design, construction and testing.Then, give a synthesis of current construction methods commonly used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and applicability. Combined with "Ganzhou zhongting square" project transfer floor construction example of the construction details of the new technology in the whole construction process, including checking the secondary structure, construction of the second adjustment, framework supporting system design, construction and site monitoring tests. In addition to the transfer floor construction of reinforced concrete works and a brief analysis. Finally, the analysis of on-site construction experience summary, obtained a complete set of the new framework design and construction support system technical information and on-site technical control points, summed up a simple, reasonable, economical construction method, the beam for the future conversion layer construction provides a more comprehensive technical reference information.
