Temperature and pressure reduction device is a high-temperature high-pressure steam conversion process of the common equipment, in industrial production high-pressure superheated steam will be reduced to low saturation for transporting, the device plays a vital role in this process.At present, high-temperature high-pressure steam conversion equipment mainly depends on imports in our country, the main technical indicators often do not meet production requirements of the site. Daqing Petrochemical Company chemical plant in an urgent need, this paper carried out the research and development of a new type of water-jet temperature and pressure reduction devices,the new water-jet temperature and pressure reduction device is a self-development and research of the more advanced temperature and pressure reduction device, The study for the import substitution, technological innovation, ensure the safe operation,improve the thermal efficiency, reduce business costs and reduce environmental pollution and so on has a more important value of theoretical research and practical engineering.Running through the traditional system of on-site conditions analysis, found the impact of on-site operating conditions and its key parts are a major factor in vulnerability, and proposed water-jet temperature and pressure reduction device new structural design, In the research-based comprehensive analysis to determine the structure of the device materials and the various parameters of this equipment. According to the modern concept of design methods, using AutoCAD software in a systematic and rational new water-jet temperature and pressure reduction device structural analysis and design, completed a PRO/E three-dimensional modeling, verified the rationality of structural design of the device.In view of temperature and pressure reduction devices supporting ring easily broken right ring supporting the new design uses large-scale engineering analysis software ANSYS to validate the reliability of simulation analysis, obtained that under the support ring in the working condition is subject to whether the impact of high temperature steam deformed, find that the stress concentration location and data, showed that new water-jet temperature and pressure reduction devices meet the technical requirements of the site.Through on-site commissioning tests to prove that the new water-jet temperature and pressure reduction devices can be well positioned to meet the actual conditions on-site requirements, greatly increased the temperature and pressure reduction device lifetime and efficiency. This article is for provides a more rational and more reliablemore efficient ways and means to researching the temperature and pressure reduction device.
