The Research On Landscape Planning Of The New Countryside In Zhuzhou In The Background Of Constructing "tow-oriented Society"

This dissertation takes the opportunity of Changzhutan urban agglomeration being approved "national construction and synthetically reform and experimental area for resource-saving and environment-friendly society", studing the penetration and application of constructional theories of"two-oriented"society in the New Countryside of ZhuZhou. It elaborates the effects of"two-oriented"society construction on the landscape planning of New Countryside in ZhuZhou from the perspectives of the science of human habitation, landscape ecology, ecological agriculture and rural tourism, proposing a overall planning for its developmental direction and orientation, constructing a new system for the landscape planning of New Countryside in ZhuZhou and a new model for its planning development.The whole dissetation is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction of the background and researching importance of this dissertation and the status quo of the omestic and international reseach on the lanscape planning of New Countryside as well as the researching methods and the paragraphing of this dissertation. The second part is a sketch of relative conception and theoretical basis of landscape planning of New Countryside. The third part, on the basis of the second part, analyses the current situation of landscape planning of New Countryside in ZhuZhou and make a synthetical evaluation on its developmental conditions. By refering to the existing research achievement and document and using qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the dissertation defines the scope of landscape planning of New Countryside in ZhuZhou. The fourth part puts forward the opportunity, objects, basic concepts, designing principal and ideas of landscape planning of the New Countryside in Zhuzhou in the background of constructing"two-oriented"society, giving the priority to the exploration and utilization of renewable energy, and protectation of ecological functions of agriculture and pertinently proposing the suggestion and measures of the two-oriented construction of planning of New Countryside in ZhuZhou. The fifith part is a case analysis by selecting the most representative cunties and villages such as XianYu,YouXian, LiLing and YunTian as reseach objects. The last part is the conclusion, retrospection and prospection of this dissertation. The innovation in this dissertation lies in: first, we discusses the theory of landscape planning professional and the construction of"two-oriented"society with such correlation between the sociological proposition, which is s a unique new perspective. Second, to achieve social, economic and ecological sustained and coordinated development of the construction of New Countryside,we use foreign advanced theory of landscape planning for reference as well as analyse and evaluate, develop and utilize, protect and manage the landscape planning of New Countryside. Third, this paper firstly proposes the concept of the construction of"two-oriented landscape"and discusses the specific measures of the development of renewable energy and the protection of agricultural ecological function of specific measures in the Zhuzhou ,which fills the blank of the creation a resource-saving and environment-friendly landscape of the Zhuzhou"two-oriented"village .
