Dispersive Tube Structure——a series of relatively small size tube structure spreads around as load-bearing components and would be combined by beam and floor to constitute a whole structure to provide lateral resistance stiffness, as a new building structural concept, which summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional building structures, can overcome the shortcomings of traditional structures.Based on the numerical simulation of the Dispersive Tube Structure and a typical wall-beam joint in the structure, the overall performance of Dispersive Tube Structure and some possible construction methods of the wall-beam joint in the structure are given.Firstly, the comparison of the static and dynamic analysis between two software SATWE and ETABS is shown and SATWE could be regarded as recommendable software.Secondly, according to a comparison study of Dispersive Tube Structure and Wall structure with the same architectural layout using static analysis and dynamic time-history earthquake analysis, the performance advantages under static loads and earthquake are demonstrated. In the mean time, the rough evaluation of the quantities of the two structures with 50m,100m,150m and 200m height is presented and concludes the economical benefit height should be over 100m.Then, a preliminary numerical simulation of a typical wall-beam joint is done and three possible measures to solve the inadequate anchorage length problem are suggested:(1) add protruding beam with the same length of wall; (2) add protruding beam with a shorter length of wall; (3) steel bars anchor into the floor. Finally, study's conclusions and further research possibility are proposed. The innovative and practical significance lies in:Numerical simulation analysis of the Dispersive Tube Structure provides a feasible FEA model for the further development of the structure system and give recommendable software; Based on the comparison of different structural systems with different height, the preliminary evaluation of the economic effects and possible methods to solve the inadequate anchorage length problem in wall-beam joint are described, which enhance the practicality of the such structure and make the property developers earlier to accept this new structural system.
