At prsesnt, the sustainable development is the orientation for the economy and society in area. Under such background, regard the organic connections among cities as starting, explore the law of the resource's use, construct a useful and efficient model of area development, and build the evolution mechanism of the sustainable development is the important mission for the space research, based the theory of city hypercycle and the theory of circular economy.The article thoroughly discussess the space arrangement characters of cities, under the analysis of the development situation of the Huangshui Basin, and have a systematical research from the indicator-evaluated system of the regional hypercycle development, the dynamic evaluation of the regional development, and the feedback mechanism of the business cycle in area, connected to the reality of the region development, based on the city theories of the hypercycle system.The research considers that the space arrangement of cities in Huangshui Basin was deeply influenced by the topographical condition, the pattern evolution of the city space was affected by the development of the infrastructure remarkably in the city arrangement.It regards that the circulation of the Huangshui Basin was strengthened with the city development gradually, and it was promoted by the circulation of the economic development obviously, was to be the essential factor on the development of the hypercycle system of the Huangshui Basin in the stduy of the city hypercycle.It also consides that the promotion of the industry cyclic-development in area need to advance the urbanization scientifically, strengthen the adjustment of the space arrangement, plan the regional infrastructure comprehensively, design the community reasonably, and participate the planning of Lanzhou-Xining metropolis area positively in the study of the feedback mechanism.
