Guanyin pavilion is a typical representative of ancient buildings, which has a unique structure and functionality. As a reinforced concrete Archaistic building, which lasted for thousands of years of architectural features. Its architecture has been quite mature, but the stress analysis fall behind very much.Becauce of religious build groups being built large-scaly, It is required to ANSYS finite element analysis of Guanyin pavilion which is usful for inheriting cultural traditions and a large number of projects.Firstly,I talk a lot about Guanyin Pavilion from a historical perspective and investigate its structural features, which can lay a good foundation for model.According to the force of each component, I select finite elements to establish ANSYS model. Then I make static analysis, which closes in the calculation of the design. So this step is the test of the design. The next is finite element dynamic analysis, which is closer to the Guanyin pavilion actual force situation.I can assess Guanyin pavilion structure according to the analysis and propose improvement measures of the deficiency. In this paper the results of the static analysis can meet the safety and usful function of the building. This shows that the reinforced concrete Guanyin pavilion building can be calculated to meet the design requirements. Then I make the modal analysis, harmonic analysis, transient dynamic analysis and seismic response analysis to the finite element model. The all analysis results show the overall performance of Guanyin pavilion is good, but the top-level stiffness is inadequate,so I recommende to increase the stiffness of the top-level.This article is the first study of the ancient structures, so I hope to make other ancient people a certain reference.
