This Paper explores the effect on the thermal conductivity by the microstructure of materials with their pore characteristics and humidity. At the same time, it analyzes the conditions affecting the heat inertia index of materials. By analyzing and discussing, the paper draws some laws and conclusions on the related factors with heat insulation properties of external wall materials in hot and humid regions. It also proposes for the characteristics of wall materials in Southern Guangxi by analyzing the microstructure, porosity and other features of the common wall in the region. Then the paper proposes for the reasonable characteristics of the wall structure in Southern Guangxi region through the analysis of the traditional wall structure.The paper, hereafter, introduces the integrated system with polyurethane foam insulation, and taking it as an example,the author investigate the development direction of external wall materials and construction technology for residential buildings in the Southern region of Guangxi. Finally, it is simulated with the situation of the residential buildings with four materials by the program of DeST-h. And by comparing the views of the paper, the impact of different wall materials on residential buildings is well analyzed. |
