The automobile industry is one of the pillar industries in national economic development, morden automobile is moving from a mere means of transport to meet people's needs and safety, nergy conservation, environmental protection and direction. To meet the increasing demand, more manufacturing facilities necessary to a growing number of automotive electronic products introduced to the car.Wiper of modern automotive electronics products, one of the important safety equipment, it gives the driver driving in the rain to bring security and convenience. In driving rain, the wipers cleared the water on the windshield for the driver to provide a clearer view. As technology advances, people have constantly enhanced requirements of the modern windshield wiper products have been gradually developing intelligent.In this paper, an smart wiper controller design. The program was designed controller based on the LIN bus and a separate rain detection decever. Smart wiper controller using NEC0513 microcontroller and smart power devices L9903 driven wiper motor. NEC0513 MCU through A/D test the output of the Hall element KMZ41 can get motor speed and motor position and other information on the wiper motor control and, through the LIN bus to communicate with the central controller.Now, the hardware has been completed, tested in Sagitar models and functioning properly.The smart wiper control system uses an separate rain detection device,the hardware select the Infineon XC886 microcontroller fixed PWM wave, driven infrared emission tube, reflected by the windshield and received by infrared receiver and send to MCU,calculated the number of receiving infrared light by MCU to get reflective level, thus to determine the size of rain outside. Rain sensor sent corresponding gear signals to wiper controller through the LIN bus, according to the signal to drive the motor gear to rotation speed,rain detection device insimulation test.Wiper motor speed adjustment to fuzzy control approach. In this paper, control strategies and control algorithms based on using Matlab/Simulink simulation and verification software, and compares effect the PID and fuzzy controland. The results show that the stability of fuzzy control is good, a smaller overshoot and so on.After Rain Detection Device simulation tests, results show that the design can clearly distinguish the size of rainfall, and gives the corresponding stall signals. Wiper motor in machine tests show that the rate of reduction and control functions properly.
