The feasibility of One-dimensional Si-PIN detectors array in detecting the spatio-temporal distribution of "Dragon-I" LIA high-energy X-ray intensity is studied in this article.Pulse X-ray measurement methods and developments, especially the progress of high-energy X/γ-ray measurement using PIN detector and the trends of semiconductor detectors for detecting high-energy X-ray intensity are investigated.According to the characters of high-energy X-ray pulse and needs for X-ray focal spot measurement, this article summarizes the design methods and steps of One-dimensional little-area Si PIN detectors array.Based on MC simulation and theoretical calculation, this article gives the design and optimization methods of PIN detectors array, including the four aspects:sensitivity and energy linear optimization, response time reduction, crosstalk reduction and linear output optimization.this article also analyses the response time of amplifier circuit based on EAD simulation and provides improved measures based on the present experimental circuit; according to EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) design methods, shield, optical fiber transmission, grounding and filtering measures are discussed and applied in experiments; Finally, this article gives the design of One-dimensional little-area Si PIN detectors array based on MC simulation and experimental results.A series of high-energy X-ray measurement experiments were carried on, the results are analyzed and compared with the theoretical calculation and MC simulation, some proposed improvements are given as well.The theoretical analysis, MC simulation and experimental results in this article will service well for the realization of high-energy X-ray spatio-temporal distribution measurement using One-dimensional little-area Si PIN detectors array.
