Model Based On Competitive Evaluation Of Qingdao City, The Regional Environmental Quality Assessment And Comparison

With the rapid and sustainable development of economy, our country has made a great many of achievements about modernization construction in recent years. Nevertheless, the environment has been largely destroyed and the conflict between economic development and environmental health has become fierce, at the same time the people express strong dissatisfication about present environmental situation.This paper was based on the key strategy-protecting bay, advocating development-of Qingdao. The impact of social economical development acting on Qingdao environment was researched in this paper, and competitive sssessment model of city environment quality was established so as to comprehensively assess the total environment of Qingdao. Finally the environmental quality of each areas in Qingdao were compared and ranked and the major factor of environmental pollution in each areas was pointed out. Through all the research above we should develop the environmental protecting work in each areas of Qingdao.Competitive assessment model of city environment quality was a model about collecting, analysing and normalizing a amount of Environmental quality indicators about many areas, and assessing environmental quality in each area through superior index. First, according to the present situation of economic and social development, Qingdao city were divided into nine areas—urban field, Laoshan field, Chengyang field, Huangdao field, Jiaozhou city, Jimo city, Jiaonan city, Pingdu city, and Laixi city, and each environmental quality index we had collected from these nine areas was normalizing disposed and input competitive assessment model, subsequently the total rank of environmental quality of each area after 11 Five-year plan was obtained, it was Jimo city, Jiaozhou city, Pingdu city, Liaxi city, Jiaonan city, Chengyang city, Huangdao field, Laoshan field and urban field. Finally the environmental superiority and problems of each area were analyzed and researched, and the advice of industrial development in each area was put forward. This research has guiding significance to some extent in theory for area economic development and total economic development of Qingdao.
