| A kind of novel pseudo-hypercrosslinked resin has been synthesized in the dissertation.Besides its synthesized mechanism,the main contents were listed as follows:1.Being Lewis acid catalyzed,a kind of novel polymer resin has been easily synthesized via a Friedel-Crafts alkylation polymerization of benzene(or diphenyl) and p-xylylene dichloride(XDC)[or 4,4′-dichloro methyl biphenyl(CMDP)].Whe properties of these resins were investigated by IR,BET,SEM,element analysis and other means.Its reaction conditions was optimized,and its synthesized mechanism was studied.The results show that the novel resins have high SSa(about 1000m2/g),small average porous radius(1.93-3.56nm) and high pore volume(0.56-1.65ml/g).Hence,these resins are a kind of excellent sorptive material,and have good development space.2.A kind of chelating resin was prepared by chloromethylation and reaction with thiourea,and its property and structure were analyzed by IR,BET and element analysis.The results show that the SSA of the chelating resin containing thioureido groups sharply decreased from 622.224 m2/g to 0.102m2/g,because the pores of the resin were destroyed.The adsorption experiment of the chelating resins was carried out obtaining the adsorption properties of Cu2+,and the results show that it has well adsorption capacity for Cu2+.3.A study of the adsorption characteristics of small molecule gas(benzene) on the novel resins is reported.The sorptive properties of the novel resins,H103 resins and a fibrous hypercrosslinked sorbent were investigated,respectively.At static state,the weight of the novel resins increased by 181.9%.At dynamic state(C0=130mg/m3),the breakthrough time is 350min,and the saturated adsorption time is 530min.At dynamic or static state,the results prove that the novel resins have best adsorptive properties in all.The pore size was found to influence the benzene adsorption,and the results laid the foundation for the study of the future of the absorption properties of the novel resins. |
