Objective: According to the relative rule and regulation of the new medicine research,we have completed Shuangqi Oral Solution clinic researches,such as including preparation, quality research work, appraisal of stability, pharmacology, toxicology and so on. This paper provides scientific bases for clinic application and treatment mechanism of Shuangqi oral liquid.Method:On the basis of medical literature, According to the function and property of chemical ingredients in this prescription, using ultrasonic wave method, the process of preparation was obtained. The quality control for medicinal materials of Shuangqi oral liquid was established by using Tin-layer chromatography method to differentiate flavonoids and saponins and spectrophotometry mensurate the content of total polysaccharides. We did the preliminary stable research about the medicine; this research includes the character, identifying methods and the limits of the content. In the toxicology researches, tests about acute toxicity estimate its security. In the main pharmacodynamics test, the immunity test and the anti-oxidation test were studied. Shuangqi Oral Solution is used in the D-galactose mice senile model, and then we examine target change of SOD, MDA, GSH-Px in the serum, discuss postponement senile mechanism.Result:When we studied the quality standard, we used the TLC to identify the flavonoids and saponins respectively,the separation of the stains was apparent and the negative contrast was not disturbed. All of these proved that the method we used is specific. We used spectrophotometry method to determination the content of total polysaccharides in Shuangqi Oral Liquid. The average recovery was 99.76% with RSD 1.93%. The contents of polysaccharides of 3 batches of Shuangqi liquid were 2.87, 2.95 and 2.92mg·ml-1, respectively. In the preliminary stable research, the results show that the sample can be stable to the light and heat;at the room temperature,we left the sample for three months, and each indication accorded with the regulation,without any obvious changes,which shows the principium stability of Shuangqi Oral Solution is very good. The toxicology research indicates this medicine use safely reliable,the non-toxic side effect. The Shuangqi oral liquid can increase the normal mouse immunity organ weight. Shuangqi oral liquid can obviously enhance vital force of SOD and GSH-PX (P<0.01), reduce the content of MDA (P<0.01) in serum of senile model mouse.Conclusion:Above all, through the research results about its clinic pharmacy, pharmacology, and toxicology, show the medicine composition can be confirmed,and preparation technics can be available,and quality standard can control medicine quality,and after it is reviewed, the principium stability of the medicine is good. Shuangqi oral liquid can obviously sharpen the oxidation resistance ability, displays the function that delays the senile.
