Study On Preparation Proceduce And Quality Standands For Huoxue Tongluo Oral Liquid

Objective: With gradual rising of cardiovascular and cerebral vascular disease, herbal therapy and prevention of these disease have corresponsively become focus. We have studied Huoxue Tongluo oral liquid for clinical using. In order to reach rules of herbal new medicine, we first time researched this medicine in preparation technology and quality standards.Method: This test was divided by two parts: 1.we optimized the extracting procedure in preparing HuoXueTongLuo oral liquid with orthogonal test of multicriteria; we provide basis in preparation technology for industrialized produce by test results. 2.we had researched HuoXueTongLuo oral liquid in quality standards by taking TLC method to identify nuturely on major ingredient; by selecting TLC-scanner(TLCS) and high performance liquid chromatograpy-evaporative light scattered detector (HPLC-ELSD) method to determine quantatively content of Astragaloside IV in huoxuetongluo oral liquid and by inspecting quantatively stability for herbal oral liquid first time.Result: The procedure including: Taking content of Astragaloside IV and the total flavones as parameter, we optimized the extracting procedure with orthogonal test. The results showed that among the three factors: extracting time have a obvious influence (p<0.05), but quantity of volume and concentration of ethanol had not obvious influence (p> 0.05).The best extracting condition was to decoct 2 hours and to plus water of 8 times with 75% concentration of ethanol.
