This paper mainly studied the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane preparation conditions and the applications of municipal wastewater treatment. To analyze the factors that affected the polysulfone hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane performance, including the casting solution of polysulfone, additives, porogen content, and dry-spinning process, outside the coagulation bath temperature, bath composition, such as within the gel and so on . By scanning electron microscopy, analysising the ultrafiltration membrane micro-structure, to optimize the system of membrane technology, so as the study provides data reference to industrial production, or ultrafiltration membrane-based film composite membrane.At the same time, ultrafiltration membrane was used in sedimentation tank effluent of a municipal wastewater treatment plants, to analyze the ultrafiltration membrane of the best operating conditions: pressure,flow,water temperature,different water qualities, the relationship between the removal rate in order to determine the best operating parameters and provided reference data for the similar projects sewage treatment, resulting in better social and environmental benefits.Through the pilot, the study had determined the following optimum parameters:With composition of casting solution for PSF17%, acetone 0.4%, PVP10%, then it could spinning out a better performance hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane. Spinning the best technical parameters for dry-spinning process 5~10cm, bath gel in the composition of the deionized water DMAc content 20%, bath temperature was 40 degrees.Membrane module package curing time was 72h, the best epoxy resin and curing agent relationship was 10:6 ratio (mass ratio). The best operating parameters of sewage treatment was transmembrane pressure 0.12MPa, the flow 30L/h. More ideal time was that running 35min to wash once.Ultrafiltration had been widely used in food, medicine, industrial wastewater treatment, ultra-pure water preparation and the biotechnology industry. Urban sewage treatment and other industrial wastewater treatment as well as the field of biotechnology would be the development direction of ultrafiltration in future. This issue may carry out the study of charged membrane that used hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane as a basement membrane, It would be better prospects for development.
