| Nowadays,ultrafiltration membranes are widely used in the field of water Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes are widely used in water treatment related fields,but they still have certain shortcomings in actual operation.For example,hollow fiber membranes have low water flux and poor anti-fouling performance compared with flat membranes.For this reason,this paper uses inorganic nanomaterials as templates to design and prepare a new type of high-performance composite hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane,which has excellent separation performance and antipollution performance,and the preparation cost is low.This research deeply explored the relationship between ultrafiltration membrane structure and performance.The specific research content and results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of low flux of ultrafiltration membranes,a universal strategy is proposed to dissolve ultra-thin iron oxide nanosheets after introducing them into polymers.First,a series of new composite membranes PES/Fe2O3(NSF-PES)with gradient concentration and good flux and rejection were prepared by using nanosheets,and then the nanosheets were removed by hydrochloric acid post-treatment to form PES/Fe2O3 with porous structure.Studies have shown that when the Fe2O3 concentration is 0.4%,the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane has a higher water flux(126.6 L m-2 h-1 bar-1).After HCI treatment,the water flux reaches 225.1 L m2 h-1 bar1,while maintaining a certain rejection rate of protein(83.3%).Compared with pure PES ultrafiltration membrane,its water flux is increased by nearly 7 times.(2)The previous chapter proposed a general strategy to use nanomaterial template method to prepare porous structure hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane,but it still has some shortcomings.Therefore,on the basis of the above research,a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane using hollow mesoporous Fe3O4 nanospheres as a poreforming template was designed and prepared.Studies have shown that when the addition ratio is 0.6%,the composite membrane PES/Fe3O4 has the highest water flux(207.7 L m-2 h-1 bar-1),and the flux increases to 302.9 L m-2 h-1 bar-1 after HCl treatment,and the membrane has good anti-pollution ability,greatly improving the application potential.In summary,this article uses nano-material template method to prepare ultra-thin nanosheet PES/Fe2O3 composite membrane and hollow mesoporous nanosphere PES/Fe3O4 composite membrane.The research results have certain guidance for the application of ultrafiltration membranes in industry.The prepared composite membrane has potential application prospects in water treatment,chemical separation and other fields. |
