In recent years , along with the improvement of life quality and the rise of decorate hot",people use more and more materials in their indoor space for interior decoration. Those materials will send forth various harmful pollutants. The main kinds of pollutants which will be emitted are the formaldehyde,benzene,ammonia and the radio materials that will collect in the indoor space whice is closing relatively. Among them,the formaldehyde caused domestic and international researcher's common concern for three reasons:the poison to human body to a great extent ,the astonishing superscale in the decorated room and the long-term emitted time.Based on the CFD simulation technolog, numerical simulation is used to simulate the distribution and dissemination of the situation of formaldehyde in a new decorations room,it get that the flow conditions of the whole residential as well as the detailed formaldehyde concentration data of natural ventilation and confined indoor conditions. The actual on-site follow-up test data verify the forecast of indoor pollution used in numerical simulation. In the control of pollutants,the purifying effect of indoor formaldehyde using aloe and chlorophyium capense is studied.Research concluded in following areas:(1) Frmaldehyde in a room of the distribution is not uniform,which is effected by its distance from the source of pollution,air flow conditions and so on factors ;It follows the general rules :the regions near the sources of pollution have high concentration of formaldehyde;the regions which the gas flow in the form of indoor whirlpool and have low wind speed have high concentration of formaldehyde.(2) Always formaldehyde emits from high concentration areas (source) to low concentration areas,and even it has pollution sourse in the vicinity of air opening,the nearer from the air opening ,the lower is the formaldehyde concentration all the same;(3)Natural ventilation can reduce indoor formaldehyde concentration,however,after closing the windows for a period of time,the indoor formaldehyde concentration may still be out of limits;(4)Whether natural ventilation condition or closing the windows,formaldehyde emits most powerful in the vicinity of sources of pollution,and the formaldehyde concentration is the highest neat the source. With the distance from the source increasde ,the concentration is decreased:the concentration has a little lower only in the distance near to the sourses when closing the windowsand then almost unchanged,where the natural ventilation is gradually reduced.(5)Reducing formaldehyde using a simple plant have little effect ,but for the time being curbing the distribution of formaldehyde and absorbing a small part of the formaldehyde. For this reason, in the early decoration of residential including the higher concentration of pollutants,people should not simply place potted plants to absorb formaldehyde ,the adsorbent can be used,and natural ventilation is essential.This issue combines with the practical application closely and has the very greatly social need and applicability especially in the time that decoration industry develops rapidly and heads for mature in our country. In the project we get many useful conclusions which have the practical application values by processing and analysis simulation result. These works can be used as basis and references in choosing experiment plan,calculating empirical fomula and actual engineering application.
