| The coding function of CNC system determines CNC machines' capability. A stable, reliable and fast coding system is the premise for CNC machine's high-speed and accurate machining. At present, there are two ways of coding: Explanation and Translate & edit. Explanation is slower. As the development of computer technology, Translate & edit will be the developing direction of CNC system coding.The subject studies coding calculation of opening CNC system, realizes the simulation of CNC machining G Code's coding program as well as cutter trace's simulation by Delphi language in the computer. It analyses the law of CNC machining & programming according to the trait of CNC machining G Code, regulates the basic code of opening CNC machine and makes research of the realization process of CNC program's coding calculation, mainly researches the following items: calculation of program name's identification, calculation of program format's estimation, coding calculation of G Code, recognition calculation of coordinate figure such as X, Y, Z coordinate figure, simulation calculation of cutter's motion trace etc.. It compiles the simulation program of CNC machining, simulates the coding calculation of CNC machining program by the programming approach of Delphi object-oriented.It demonstrates the programming coding to verify the correctness, stability and reliability of the coding software which is developed by this subject. |
