Antiozonant 4020 is an importang kind of antiozotant,can be widely applied in rubber industry.This paper introduced the method to synthesize 4020 by using Pd/C catalysts. Mainly discussed the influence of prepare condition on catalysis capability of 1%Pd/C.Using this catalyst synthesized antiozonant 4020.Compared its catalysis capabilit with 5%Pd/C catalyst.The influence of catalyst capability was studied,When the concentration of HNO3 was 35%,the impregnation pH value was 2.52,the concentration of impregnation was 1.2g/mL, the impregnation temperature was 80℃,the impregnation time was 2h,the consumption amount of HCHO is 6mL,the catalyst capability was best.Using this catalyst synthesized antiozonant 4020,when the temperature was 140℃,the molar ratio of 4-aminodiphenylamine and methyl isobutyl ketone was 1:2.5,the pressure of hydrogen was 4,5Mpa,the weight of 1%Pd/C catalyst was 1.472g,the stirring rapid was 900rad/min,the yield of 4020 was 94.70%.We also study the influence of different factors when using 5% Pd/C as catalyst,when the temperature was 150℃,the molar ratio of 4-aminodiphenylamine and methyl isobutyl ketone was 1:3,the pressure of hydrogen was 3.5Mpa,the weight of 5% Pd/C catalyst was 0.552g,the stirring rapid was 1000rad/min,the yield of 4020 was 92.56%. 1%Pd/C catalyst can be repeatedly used for 4 times,if added fresh catalyst,it can be runned stabely for 15 times,the possible deactivation reason of catalyst was discussed.The mechanism was discussed,Intermediate was separated and characterized,the final product was analyzed by LC-MS,IR,NMR.
