| Global ecological crisis is severe day by day. Ecological problem is a focus of all fields. Scholars are very keen to this problem which is threatening human's existence, and put forward measures in order to deal with this crisis. Marx's ecological thought is a focus during this process. In view of this, this article interprets Marx ecological thought and discusses its contemporary meaning.The main contents for this article show four parts.The first part mainly explains a new vision-Marx's ecological thought. We have given enough attention and discussion to Marx's economical thought and scientific socialism theory and have plentiful fruits theoretically and partially. However, Marx has been concerned with the harmonious development of nature and human. Marx's works of different periods embodies his attention to ecological problem.In his early works, Marx's systematically expounded the relationship of nature and human, which shined with ecological wisdom. In, Marx's revealed the roots of ecological crisis during his criticism of capitalism, and explored the circular economy which much thought is early voice of sustainable development.The second part expounds in detail the main contents of Marx's ecological thought. The article first interprets Marx's ecological thought from his explication of the relationship between nature and human. Marx considers human be a part of nature. Nature is the inorganic body of human. Nature is the material premise of human's existence and development and the medium of material exchange between nature and human. Secondly, the article interprets Marx's ecological thought when he criticized the capitalism. Marx's economical eroticization of capitalism not only reveals the secrets that capitalist exploited worker, but also the secrets that capitalism exploited nature, the existence environment and healthy condition. Lastly, the article interprets Marx's ecological thought from Marx's description of communism. Marx considered communism be the real settlement of the contradiction between nature and human. Communism is a society in which nature and human exist harmoniously, which is the guiding theory and final aim of China's constructing ecological civilization.The third part mainly analyses the basic characteristic of Marx's ecological thought. Practice is the foundation stone of Marxism philosophy. Likely, Marx's attention to ecology is in practice. Secondly, Marx's ecological thought realized the unity of nature concept and history concept. Historical materialism is one of Marx's two discoveries. Marx's attention to ecological problem is in the process of social history. Next, the origin and destination of Marx's ecological thought is human. Human is a very important subject of Marx's theory. Because Marx's attention to human, Marx inquired the relationship between nature and human and attended to ecological problem which influence human's existence and development and explored the road to harmony between nature and human. Besides, about the ecological problem, Marx considered we should carry the problem from institution reformation and scientific progress, which can realizes sustainable development and ecological civilization.The fourth part mainly expounds the contemporary significance of Marx's ecological thought based the front three parts. It deploys from two angles. The first is its influences on western ecology Marxism. Eco- Marxism is an important school of western Marxism. Eco- Marxists research Marx's ecological thought and inherit Marx's thought when they build their theory system. From the developing course of Eco- Marxism, we can find that Marx's ecological thought affects Eco- Marxism very deeply. The other angle based on China's reality elaborates the contemporary significance of Marx's ecological thought from China's constructing ecological civilization. China's ecological civilization construction needs not only Marx's ecological thought as theoretical base but also it is the best practice of Marx's ecological thought. |
