Organic silicone products include organic silicone monomer and polymer. There are very wide applications for organic silicone products from basis material itself to functional material added to other material to optimize the performance.Synthesis reaction of Organic silicone products is one of the key steps in the production process. Therefore, design of synthesis reaction system determines the efficiency of the whole plant to a large extent. This text analyzes and discusses the layout of equipments of synthesis reaction systems in organic silicone projects.The text mainly covers two aspects. Firstly, it discusses the influence of different layout plan to the process and makes evaluation from the standpoint of saving investment. Then, the text design many inspection plans for necessary inspection and explores in depth the feature of every plan. From the standing point of many profession including process, installation, structure, etc, finally the relatively ideal equipment layout plan is formed after comparing in rationality and economical efficiency.
