The study on Shandong Continent Biotech Co.,Ltd.alkaline pectinase, research in the basic properties and application conditions of the alkaline pectinase.The optimization of base alkaline pectinase preparation and scouring process in cotton woven fabrics is done,combined by the actual process of the factory.The result of this study is a more in-depth study and helpful to promote the application of domestic alkaline pectinase and further promote the commercialization of domestic enzyme,which is of great significance.Cotton knitted fabrics in hot water before scouring is necessary to pretreatment.Through the optimization of single-factor test of basic alkaline pectinase,the optimum conditions are as follows:alkaline pectinase amount of 2.0 g/L,pH value of 9,temperature 50℃～55℃,time 60 min.Compared with traditional alkali scouring,alkaline pectinase can impact contton fabrics less strength loss and lower whiteness and capillary effect.By alkaline pectinase scouring,bleaching and dyeing,the whiteness,capillary effect and K/S value of cotton knitted fabrics are equivalent with that of traditional method.Through the optimization of the single factor of cotton woven fabrics,the optimum conditions is that basic alkaline pectinase amount of 1.5 g / L,pH value of 7.0,temperature 50℃,processing time of 60 min.After dealing with the cotton woven fabric,the capillary effect and strength can achieve targets.Desizing and scouring of cotton woven fabrics at room temperature,the optimum conditions is thatα-amylase amount of 1 g/L,alkaline pectinase amount of 1 g/ L,pH value of 7.0,the processing time 6 h.After treated,the fabric feel smooth and soft and the strength has a decrease of 14.7 percent decline...
