Xinqiao Mining Cooperation Ltd (shortly, XMC).The orebody, which loads in the east of the line 8 and above the level of -144m in Xinqiao Pyrite Mine, odes under the 701 special railway line, the Shunfeng roadway and the Xinxi river, is a typical Three-underground orebody. The core of the Three-underground resources mining is to take reasonable technology and safety measures to control the damage which coused by coal mining, may take strata and ground continuously movement,deformation and discontinuous distroy.This paper aimd at XMC Three-underground orebody mining technology condition are analyzed and studied in detail, using such means as site measure, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to the part of this orebody mining key technology and security measure.The chief research contents are as follows:1. Based on the analysis of the underground mining subsidence theory, its developing potential and development trend of the core technology, pointed out that linear and non-linear finite element method combined with computer technology is an effective approach to analyze underground mining subsidence.2. On the base of investigation to the XMC three-underground orebody engineering-geological, analyzed the buried orebody and its stratum distribution, geological tectonics, hydrograph of mineral resource. And the density, cohesion, internal friction angle, compressive and tensile strength of the rock in XinQiao Pyrite iron mine are determined.3. Breakage mechanism and breakage type of surrounding rock are analyzed in the view of rock mechanics and main factors influencing stability of goaf are clarified.4. The use of large-scale non-linear finite element software ANSYS, analyzed XMC orebody, whose law of stope stress and strain, under the different stope structure and different seqience of stoping sublevel. Conclude optimum stope structural parameters and sequecce of stoping sublevel, that is, to stay in the a 20m protection seam under the conditions of use to the level of layerd filling mining act, the Mine, Mine 8-m span, three interval mining stope at the same time. The results show that the numerical analysis method optimization, three-underground exploitation of the programme is very important value and significance.5. The use of experiential formula to calculate safety mining depth of each section, then through contrastive analysis between the safety depth and the terrane height of the upper facilities, demonstrate the security of Three-underground resources mining.Finally, on the basis of reference to domestic and overseas Three-underground resource extraction experience, bring forward the exploitation of XMC eastern resources and technical security measures.With easy-mining mineral resources in the gradual depletion, the ore of residue corner and the Three-underground difficult mining recovery of the mining enterprises to achieve sustainable development are of great significance. This paper has adopted the Three-underground comprehensive study methods of resource extraction, not only for the recovery of valuable ore Xinqiao Three-underground resources to enhance the economic benefit of mine has an important technical support, but also for the mining learn from similar conditions, promote the use of broad prospects.
