For the existent condition of mining, many mining companies all over the world need to mine the resource underground and on surface at the same time. From the viewpoint of safety and resources protection, we have to take the research fore ahead which study on the affection between underground mine action and surface mine action at the same time.From the viewpoint of rock stress, the following mine strips affected the surface mine actions:For one point,The 4 million t/a mine action for No.Ⅱ1 mine strip which stay on north of the mine area; For another point The 1500000 t/a mine action for No.Ⅰcopper mine which positioned under the surface mine area; Last,the 8million t/a mine action for NumberⅢ1 andⅣ1 which take the position on north of the mine area. From the angle of mine method and mine experiment, we analyses and get the conclusion that mine action for numberⅠcopper strip,numberⅢ1 and numberⅣ1, it will not affect the surface mine action. With the theory of rock moving, we analysis the level of 400 meters which belong to the first mine action for numberⅡ1 mine strip and all the analysis are based on the areas A32 and A36. We created these two areas on ANSYS software and calculated the parameters we need. From the result of calculation, the level 400 meters had been badly affected on area A36.The author searching the some articles all over the world and getting to understand the theory of rock distortion and theory of rock movement and mining affection. Base on the study before, we Concluded the method used in the filed. From the materials we collected, we do analysis on ore distributing and the geologic condition. The article described the theory of rock crack and with the related theory to calculate the affections on research object. Based on the related position between surface mining system and under ground mining system; we used the software analysis to create the surface model and analysis the movement, stress and plastic. From the analysis before, we get some measurement for the mining system.
