Effecting factors of annealing process was studied by using modern numerical simulating technique .The research has the benefit to improve the product quality. Follow contents are included in this paper:(1) Temperature field measurement: the temperature of the aluminum rolling annealing was measured. The time-variable inner and surface temperature of aluminum was recorded with none paper recorder instrument.(2) The aluminum mathematic model for aluminum annealing process was constructed. For radial thermal resistance existed in different stretching force. Results show that heat time and quantity of heat have rather large difference with the different heat manner by analyses radial thermal resistance.(3) The effects of heat convection and contact thermal resistance on the aluminum annealing temperature distribution was studied by using numeric analysis method, the analysis results show that heat convection and suitable contact thermal resistance are useful for aluminum annealing temperature distribution.(4) Comparing the side surface heating and radial heating, it's found that aluminum annealing heating time for side surface heating method is 10% less than the radial heating method and the temperature with side surface heating method is 20-30℃higher than the temperature radial heating method in the same time.In this paper, the numerical calculation work has practical value for analyzing flow field, temperature field of annealing furnace. The calculation result has better redound to studying simulation phase annealing furnace. The side surface heating which extracts in the paper could better instruct the practical product of aluminum material.
