Nowadays, the security of oil production has been paying more and more attentions. This is because, once the blowouts occurred, it will cause not only huge property losses, but also environmental pollutions and even the casualties. But recently we still rely on field situations and experiences to determine whether the blowouts will happen. It can't be guarantee that the precaution of every blowout is effective. And after the accident, no remaining data could be available to search for the causations. So the automatic monitor and alert system for oil production is urgently needed. Based on this purpose, this paper proposes the development of data monitor, preservation and alert system in the oil protection device. The paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of the pressure, temperature and deformation data acquisition system. The primary function of this system is to collect and process the data, transfer and display the data on the LED screen, communicate with the host, and send the alert signal before the blowouts. The hardware design contains data collection module, storage module, display module and communications module. As this system is used in special environment, some issues also need to be considered that the strong electrical interference, dust, vibration, temperature changes. For the software design, data encryption is a key point. DES encryption algorithm is used to enhance the privacy protection of the system data. The paper firstly introduces the overall program and describes the key technologies and designs for every module in detail. Then it analyses the software design and gives the software flowchart. Through the hardware and software debug, the paper finally analyses the existing problems, gives some improving methods, summarizes the design experiences and makes a prospect for this system.
