| WPCs is a new-type circumstance-health compound that taking wood powder, bamboo powder, fruit hull powder, crop straw stalk powder and plastic resin or scrap plastic as primary material, then these materials are mixed together in high temperature. The application and research on Wood-Plastic Composites (WPCs) satisfied environment protection helped to result slowly international resource crisis and environment problems.Nowadays the domestic research and production has the problems that the filling amount of wood material was small, the processing performance and physical mechanical performance was poor, and WPCs urgently need to have better performance. This thesis has studied that new compatibilizers and processing aids was used to increase filling amount of rice chaff and improve the capability comparing to price in the precondition that WPCs have nicer processing performance and physical mechanical performance.This thesis has studied the effects the kinds and content of new compatibilizers, processing agents and silica on the structure and performance of WPCs based on PP, using modern analyzing testing technology and traditional test way, using modern analysis and test technology such as SEM and DSC.The result shows that:1) Compared with EPDM-g-MAH and PP-g-MAH, the modified effects of POE-g-MAH is best in WPCs. With the content of POE-g-MAH increasing between 0phr~15phr, the tensile strength,impact strength,flexural strength,flexural module are enhanced. In the precondition that the content of rice chaff is 60phr,the content of silica is 20phr,compared with not compatibilizers, when the content of POE-g-MAH is 10phr, the tensile strength of WPCs is increased by 18.1%, the impact strength of WPCs is increased by 117.1%;2) Silica plays improving strength,toughness and rigidity part in WPCs. With the content of silica increasing between 0phr and 20phr, the tensile strength,impact strength,flexural strength,flexural module and hardness are enhanced. In the precondition that the content of the rice chaff is 60phr, the content of POE-g-MAH is 10phr, compared with not compatibilizers, when the content of silica is 20phr, the tensile strength of WPCs is increased by 49.8%, the impact strength of WPCs is increased by 65.2%, the flexural strength is increased by 25.0%, the hardness is increased by 15.0%. The heat-resistant property of WPCs is improved, but the water-resistant property and processing performance are decreased a litter when silica is used.3) When the content of POE-g-MAH is 10phr,the content of silica is 20phr ,with the content of rice chaff increasing between 0phr and 120phr, the tensile strength,impact strength,flexural strength,flexural module are decreased.4) When the content of deal powder is 100phr,the content of processing aids are 5.0phr, compared with not processing aids, when using TKM80, the tensile strength,impact strength,flexural strength and flexural module of WPCs are enhanced; when using 60NSF, the tensile strength and impact strength of WPCs are increased, while the flexural strength and flexural module of WPCs are decreased; when using WB16, the impact strength of WPCs are increased, while the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural module of WPCs are obviously decreased. With the content of TKM80 increasing between 0~10phr, the tensile strength,impact strength,flexural strength and flexural module of WPCs are increased, and the best content is between 5.0phr and 8.0phr.5) By SEM and torque rheometer the results prove that using POE-g-MAH,TKM80,60NSF and WB16 can enhance the decentralization of wood material in the basis of PP. WB16 is best in increasing processing performance, while has bad effects to the mechanical performance; the consistent performance between basis and wood power is improved using TKM80 and 60NSF, so the mechanical performance is improved, and TKM80 is better. |
