In view of the mountain front in the south of Songorine Basin have particular working condition like high formation pressure coefficient, non-uniformity crustal stress, complex down hole and so many window cutting to sidetrack develop crooked or more hole, it is essential to analyse the condition of testing well bore and have some study on testing safety evaluation technique.Well bore is the unique channel between reservoir fluid and the ground. Underpit operation as testing and so on must complete in the well bore, the condition of well bore will directly impact the way of underpit operation, operational parameter and the security of testing. So in this paper , casing wear mechanism in the complex condition of drill was studied first, in this base, attrition rate of casing and residual strength after wear were analysed, The rule about bearing capacity of perforation interval influenced by perforating parameter was analysed too, dependence of hole siting, phase angle, shooting density, bore diameter and residual strength was given,it was also give calculation method of residual strength, in this basic,the best hole siting method can be found out and the corresponding hole siting method can be given, so it provide foundation to shooting optimize design and reasonably define testing pressure gap;what is more,the load and security of downhole casing can be analysed, The probability of sidetracked hole fracture and connection was analysed. In this foundation, technology of analysis the wellbore state and assess the testing risk was formed(recommendation practice).
