Presently rather deeply and difficultly employed oil reservoirs have gradually become important spot of recoverable reserves of shengli oil field. For the sake of well-rounded oil extraction technics and tools, we should settle instability and time-short of these techs and tools at disadvantage effect in deep well and consummate capability of pipe strings. The deep-well pipe strings and airproof piece also designed and studied in the paper.The pivotal parts of the deep-well pipe strings and airproof tests is airproof piece. The press difference ability of airproof piece rest with load and airproof structure and shape. The paper ascertained corresponding airproof structure and load with calculate method and ANSYS finity analyse software.There are three parts in design and calculation: one is strength analysis of well pipe string; one is finite calculation of airproof glue bamboo; another is design and calculation of mate tools. The strength analysis of well pipe string is got across by the load of the pipe string and packer load with ANSYS finity analyse software. The airproof glue bamboo is finitited with ANSYS. The other mate tools are calculate with intensity check and dependability.Deep well pipe string and airproof piece are tested at examnination room and locale and so on to study the airproof mechanism. In order to satisfy deep oil reserveoir, we choose excellent materiall and optimize structure and develop mate downwell tools and consummate well pipe strings and improve pipe string reliability. The succed of the item has greatly improved local construct succeed probability and longer used-time and shorter cost and have good economy benefit.
