The people's error or impurity and corrosion during the design, installation and operation highly raise the risk of the gas-pipeline. In this paper, founded a feasible risk assessment system of gas-pipeline by using fuzzy poly- assessment method of fuzzy mathematics, and edits a corresponding software of the assessment method, referencing the theory and method of pipeline risk assessment of foreign countries and considering the real working conditions and technical specifications of our country.The paper includes the following content.1. Instruct the background of the risk-assessment of preservation and transportation, development of it, up-today method of home and abroad and the assessment theories. Introduce the normal risk assessment method of probability assessment and fuzzy poly-assessment. Explain in detail the theory of the fuzzy poly-assessment and the process to evaluate a gas-pipeline by using this method. Introduce the meaning of risk management.2. To found a complete and executable risk-assessment method, there are three steps to follow. First, analyze the main invalidation forms and factors of the equipment in the gas-pipeline by FTA (fault tree Analysis). Second, based on the first step, and referenced the theory and method of pipeline risk-assessment of foreign countries, found a four-grade risk-assessment model. According to the universal scoring method, adjust the weighting of the factors by AHP method and set up an assessment matrix. Last, transform the score of risk by using probability and reliability theory to unite the risk score and risk grades.3. Introduce the study actuality of acceptable rules of risk assessment and the working of these rules in gas-pipeline. To against the identified main invalidation factors, the paper makes out some methods to degrade them in order to improve the decision-making of the working environment of the gas-pipeline.4. On the bases of the above study, the paper studies the risk management project for Gas-transporting Line, North Trunk, including its risk grade and design of risk management preprojection.
