Organochlorine Pesticides (OCPs) is one kinds of popular and persistent organic pollutants. Recent years, its origin, mechanism of transform and actual circumstance in the environment have been investigated a lot. The paper is mainly focused on the transfer of HCHs and DDTs from soil to plant in Suzhou area by the way of simulation experiment of planting. The experiment is carried through the aspect as following, the infection of the environment factors to OCPs' transfer, such as the extent of soil pollution, planting time, the agrotype of planting, and soils' pH value. In addition, analyses of HCHs and DDT's eight isomers in the plants and in the remnant soil are carried out through the pre-treatment and GC detection. More than 328 samples are treated and more than 7712 data are gained. The result of study showed that: (1) the extent of soil pollution had effect on the transfer of OCPs. The more content of HCHs and DDTs in soil, the easier the absorbing HCHs and DDTs is; (2)there was big different for absorbing OCPs among the different plant, for example, capsicum and tomato was easier to absorb HCHs in soil while small cabbage and cole was easier to absorb DDTs; wheat had definite tolerance to DDTs in definite concentration range; to wheat, and the range maybe below 5ug/g;(3) high pH value is in favor of transfer of y-HCH and P,P'-DDT; small cabbage planting in acid or alkali soil was easier to absorby-HCH and P,P'-DDT; (4)there may be other models existing in spite of soil-plant transfer of HCHs and DDTs ,such as the stem and leaves of wheat can absorby-HCH and P,P'-DDT from air.
