Risk Assessment Of The Electromagnetic Radiation Research And Protection Management

With the development of Hi-Tech, the artificial electromagneticradiation of high strength has already reached the intensity that canthreaten people's health directly. To understand the current situationpolluted by electromagnetic radiation, analyze it's mechanism ofhappening, evaluate intrinsic dangerous of electromagnetic radiation, ithas the most important meaning for future protection of electromagneticradiation and for electromagnetic management.This paper proceeds from doctrine of engineering of security system,it regard the pollution of electromagnetic radiation as the safe "accident".It analyzes theoretically the process and probability of electromagneticpollution accident. It reflects the following respects:1. It introduced the way of "accident tree" to probe into the particularprocess of happening of electromagnetic pollution accident, and it figureout the probability is 10^-5. The result shows that current electromagneticpollution is in existence, but it's very small.2. It established three ways to evaluate the intrinsic dangerous ofelectromagnetic radiation: the way of index evaluation for intrinsicdangerous of electromagnetic radiation, the comprehensive and vagueway of electromagnetic radiation and comprehensive way of gray degreeof association of electromagnetic radiation.3. It measured and analysed the radiation of mobile phone, computer,television, microwave oven, etc, the result showed that theseelectromagnetic radiations were existed, but it was not serious as weimagined.4. It sums up current way of electromagnetic protection and status quoof material of electromagnetic protection. It also discusses the frequentlyoccurring category, distribution of fiber length and the managementsystem of artificial electromagnetic radiation.The result of study of this paper has value on Promoting theEvaluation of electronic radiation, protection and management.
