In recent years, along with the aerospace as well as the armed forces industry development, some special forging size unceasingly is also increasing, this caused its internal metallurgy flaw question like cavity, the air bubble, loosely, the mixture and so on to be more prominent, therefore, the forging process of the large-sized forging is different from the small one , it is not only a forming process but also a more important process of eliminating metallurgical flaws and improving the structure for the purpose of shaping and performance. The 7050 aluminum alloy took one super-elevation aluminum alloy, is one kind has the high room temperature intensity and the good comprehensive mechanics performance aviation structural material, widely applies in the airplane important part manufacture. Because the super-elevation aluminum alloy is low under normal temperature condition plasticity, must after the high temperature plasticity processing forming, the super-elevation aluminum alloy structural element which on the airplane uses at present mainly use the drop forging craft forming generally. Therefore, the super-elevation aluminum alloy high temperature distortion characteristic to draws up this kind of alloy the formed craft to have the important project significance.This article took 7050 aluminum alloy as the object of study, first has analyzed its high temperature distortion characteristic, obtained when its high temperature distortion the flow stress constitutive equation and the microstructure evolve model, then simulated six set of craft plans using the DEFORM-3D software to 7050 aluminum alloy big thick plate to carry on the finite element simulation to analyze and to optimize, embarked from the elimination casting organization and the improvement semifinished materials heart department distortion situation has obtained a set of optimized craft plan.
