| In this paper, the nanometer science and technology, the nanometermaterial, the property and funtion of ZnS, and the preparation of nano-ZnS were summarized roundly. Simultaneously, the ultrasonic strengthento chemical reaction was discussed. A new technology of preparing ZnSwas proposed by our work. The influence of the reaction temperature,Na2S molar concentration, reaction time and ratio of liquid-solid onpurity and granularity of product were completely investigated. Theinfluence of the morphology of raw material, ultrasonic and stirring onproduct, and the property of nano-ZnS were also developed.In the process of study on purity and granularity, it is confirmed thatthe optimal reaction conditions were: reaction temperature 80℃, Na2Smolar concentration 2 mol/L, reaction time 2h, liquid-solid ration 1.2:1,with condensation pipe sealed, ultrasonic for 15 minutes before reaction.It gained good crystal prismatic zinc blende nano-ZnS with average sizeof 20nm under this condition. In the process of study on productmorphology, it is comfirmed that this reaction obeyed polar growthmechanism of crystal under alkalescent condition. In the process of studyon optics and calorifics of nano-ZnS, it is confirmed that the productpossessed good IR transmittance in the range of 400 to 4000 cm, strongirradiation capability and good thermal stabity.The experiment results showed that the technology of solid-liquidreaction with ultranic disperse for ZnS preparation has numerousadvantages over existing preparation technologies. |
