| To make accomplishing fabrics soft enough and having various characteristic for being applied to making clothing, machine of rolling water is designed for making the fabrics to get the requisite characteristic by using physical and chemical change (mainly by using chemical change).Though the processing equipments are quite different, but the processing of lamellate fabrics (cloths, sheet, plastic pellicle etc.) is to solve the control problem of constant tension force, from the opinion of the control theory, i.e., the control of winding up and winding off and the several electromotors synchronous control in the middle processing of the rolling fabrics.Firstly, this paper discussed the configuration of the tension control system of the machine, the winding off system and the synchronous constant tension control system of several electromotors in the middle of the fabric processing. Secondly, the paper built up a mathematical model of the tension system. The distinguishing feature of the winding up system, winding off system and the synchronous constant control system of several electromotors of the machine is analyzed also. From the analysis, we can know that the fabrics tension control system is a non-linear, big time-varying, multivariable, strong coupling system. For this system, we can not get the perfect performance by using the classical PID control algorithm.A set of rules is induced with the man's operation experience in this paper, it is deposited in the memory of a computer to make a fuzzy controller, and combined with the PID control algorithm to compose a fuzzy PID control system. In the part of hardware, a synchronous controller is consisted of signal chip computer, it can be used in synchronous control of several electromotor to hold under the constant tension force. The synchronous controller can be connected with the upper PC, and is connected to inverters by the RS-485 bus. This equipment is very simple, quite cheap, and high reliable and is used in the need of low cost synchronous AC drive systems with variable frequency. |
